Additionally,our research and development team consists of a substantial 30 individuals,with the majority of technical staff possessing more than 10 years of work experience. Foshan Xurong Electronic Products Co.,Ltd. was founded to pioneer the AF series of advertising printers.
XURON pioneered DTF (Direct to Film) technology by integrating its extensive experience in printer manufacturing with an original ink circuit pressure circulation system. XURON also introduced the industry's first white ink ironing spreading oven using its unique sensor patent.
based on extensive customer feedback,XURON engineers developed a second-generation DTF printer building upon the initial V10 design. They optimized the printer's fixed stand design to ensure sufficient stability for high-speed printing.
the XURON research team introduced a preheat drying mode to the powder shaker due to the moisture-sensitive nature of DTF consumables. To prevent deformation of the transfer film in the oven,this machine adopted a suction roller feeding film solution.

XURON achieved an independent milestone by developing the world's first powder shaker integrated with an air purification device. During the same year,the printer was further optimized to include an LED detection backlight,capable of identifying errors and making real-time adjustments. Additionally,waterproof functionality and other design enhancements were added to the print head line.

The design of the no-return powder system was updated,and automatic correction procedures for the paper advancement system were also enhanced.
